I’m eating some oatmeal and just trying to ease into the day. I was at work early because I had to drop my Jeep off at the dealership this morning. There’s some weird squeak coming out of the right-rear side when I go over bumps, so they’re looking into that. This oatmeal is damn good.

On Monday, Comcast came by and turned on cable & internet. Then yesterday morning, Ikea delivered two rather nice desks I ordered. I put them together last night and they’re sitting pretty in the room we’ve designated the office. Tonight will undoubtedly consist of setting up the network and computers. Finally – something that I enjoy doing and am good at!

Come the new year, I’ll no longer be working in Support. This is mildly exciting. I enjoy the idea of working under the development group as well as not having to talk to customers at all.

It’s all and adventure – just like moving into a new place. I’m just going to make sure I don’t get too bogged down on the details to enjoy the ride.
