Last night was fairly horrible.

Pat was over for a while and took off a bit before midnight. That wasn’t the bad part. I went to bed shortly thereafter, but woke up somewhere around 1:30 feeling more horrible than I’ve felt in a very, very long time. I didn’t have to throw up or anything like that, I just felt horrible. After about an hour of nasty suffering, I finally fell back to sleep and felt a lot better in the morning (though not 100%). After I got some breakfast in me, I was doing a lot better.

Got some of the work stuff sorted today and it’ll be interested to see how that pans out over the next few days.

Tonight Corinne pointed out that I had some weird comments over at MikeBrum.com. Looks like someone found a way to inject comments into my blog. I don’t use anything fancy to filter or qualify the comments, so I guess I shouldn’t be surprised. Luckily, my site is very low-traffic, so I was able to isolate them and delete them all with one SQL statement. I’m going to keep an eye on it and see if anything else gets spammed to my site. If it does, I’ll have to add some checks to the comment system – which won’t be hard – but I just shouldn’t have to do it in the first place. Obnoxious.

Anyway, I’m going to relax for an hour or so and then crash. This week is going to be an interesting one.
