Well, I added a new feature to CrazyTed.com. If you check, you’ll notice that on the previous entry, there’s two pictures. When you click on them, you’ll get taken to a full size picture of the thumbnail.

I’ll possibly encorporate a pop-up window to display the image in a few weeks, but we’ll see. Either way, it makes it considerably easier and more convenient for me to upload images to my site. Since I got a digital cam for Xmas, I’ll undoubtedly be uploading more and more images anyhow, so I thought it’d be a great feature to implement to save myself time and effort. On top of that, given that I’m so lazy, I know if I didn’t do it, I probably wouldn’t upload that many anyhow.

It’s a means to an ends : )

The past week’s been busy, and I’ll talk about that later, but I just wanted to throw up some pics of Mariah’s feetsies so some people (actually, Mark) could get a look at them.

Well, today was good fun and rather productive.

First thing, I shaved my goat… no, not goat as in farm animal, but goat as in facial hair. See…

The second thing is that I have a new piece of jewelry adorning my chin where the facial hair once was. See…

Mariah did the piercing this evening in my bathroom. I think she did a great job and I like how it looks. I’m still a bit weirded out by the lack of chin hair, but that’ll be coming back soon. The feeling of the metal inside my mouth also feels weird, but as soon as the bit of swelling goes down in a few days, I’m guessing that’ll feel better.

Well, there’s only two day to xmas. Unfortunately, I still have shopping to do. It’s not a lot, just one thing for my mom, but it’s still shopping and I still have to face the crowds and the mall. Boo to that!

I think laundry is also planned for tonight – another big boo!

But I think there might be some other fun mixed in there. We’ll see : )

I’ll tell you where I’ve been, I’ve been at home and at work. The only difference is that Mariah’s down, so a lot more of my “spare time” isn’t spent sitting idly in front of the computer any longer. (and thank goodness for that!)

Tonight will be spent doing some xmas shopping and I think I’m going to be able to wrap up what to get for my father and my mom’s husband (yes, they are two separate people). I still have to work on my mom, so this weekend it’s back to the mall – boo to that! At least I’ll have some company, so it won’t be *that* bad.

Other than that, things are busy, but not. At least I know I’ll have plenty to do until mid January.

…I’ll be happier than I’ve been in the past month and a half.

Mariah had some things fall into place so we decided to bump her flight up a week! I’m SO excited! This means she’ll be staying from 12/14 to 1/13. That’s so great!

I spent most of tonight cleaning up. The bathroom was an absolute wreck and rather disgusting. Ok, horribly disgusting. And my room had to be cleaned up some more as well. It’s nice feeling at least somewhat productive and having a clean apartment.

I’ve been REALLY tired all week though. Going to bed at 2:00am will do that to you it seems. That means that tonight will be an early night (hopefully getting offline around 11:00pm).

I probably won’t be online as much over the next month for obvious reasons. I’ll still be available via email and IMs, just not as available. Some things are just more important.

In an attempt to change the tone of my last message (which was particularly foul), I’ll give a bit of good news.

Last night I set up my second webcam on the newest computer in my network. For one reason or another, when the webcam was running on the server, it was freezing the hell out of it, so I ended that pretty quick. But like today when nobody’s using the 2nd computer, the cam gets all the resources, so it runs pretty damn smooth!

Maybe I should point it out the window again like I was doing before. That was always interesting. Not a whole lot goes on at my apartment when I’m at work since I don’t have any pets any more.

Eh, I’ll figure something out. Or just leave any suggestions you might have.

The same fucking guy fucked up the water again. I am severely pissed off right now. WHAT THE FUCK! How can you make the same fucking mistake twice over the course of a week’s time? How much of a stupid shithead are you?????

I’m seriously ready to go off the fucking wall. I called the management company and the property manager is going to call him now. I’m going to call back in about 15 minutes.

But this asshole shouldn’t be allowed to work in this building if he continues to fuck shit up – there’s no way around it. I have to find out of I have any sort of way to officially complain about this. I gave him the benefit of the doubt last time – shit happens. But the same fucking thing so soon – I’m sorry, that’s just sheer stupidity and people like that should not be allowed to inconvenience other people!

I added a new feature to the Haiku Page. It’s not a “huge” addition, but now you can view 10 random haiku at a time instead of having to go from page to page to page.

My next step is going to be to add a fully functional search feature that’ll allow you to search by author, email address or content. Though, I doubt I’ll get to that any time soon seeing as not that many people visit my page and I don’t really have that much initiative.

Anyhow, today’s going slow. I’ll pretty much just be watching the Sci-Fi Channel all day. It’s looking like a really good lineup.

Something’s got to keep me occupied, right?
