Horray For Browser Crashes!

I had my first browser crash after installing FF2.0 and it worked exactly as advertised and brought everything back up after I fired up the browser again.

Browser crashes has never been more fun!

The darkness has descended upon us and I don’t like it. It now means that I’ll be packing up my sunglasses every day before I leave work. This makes me sad. Seriously. I like the sun and I hate the cold… why the hell do I live in New England again?

In the quest to drive more traffic to my blog, I’ve been spending a bunch of time lately working on a character generator. The biggest bitch is populating the database with the pertinent information. Writing the actual code seems to be moving ahead without too many difficulties – which is good because I haven’t been all that active with programming lately so it’s nice to see that I’m not so out of the loop that I’m lost. I have a few other smaller coding tasks that will get added, but this will be a large, ongoing component that certainly has the possibility to bring in mediocre amounts of traffic.

In other news my computer threw a really strange BSOD this morning that I didn’t have time to investigate. Very strange. I don’t like it one bit. We’ll see if there’s any clues about the cause of it when I get home.

I think that’s about it for now – heading home shortly. Enjoy the darker days.
